“They showed their own integrity. 5 years after they did our renovation the fan on our new hvac they installed went out. Our heater maintenance guy said it should be under warranty but the manufacturer wasn’t paying for it. I called Neil. He got involved and the fan was replaced. Parts and labor no cost !
