“Such great service from the front desk ( I think her name was Kalihja ...forgive my spelling). I told my daughter that I am so accustomed to bad customer service these days that one someone is good at it - it stuns me. I also told her that when she gets her first job she needs to act EXACTLY like Kalihja. The PA was also excellent and gave a much more thorough sports physical than our pediatrician does for a full physical. All around great experience.“

“My family has been patients here for over 10 years. I do personally favor the Sandy Springs location over the Decatur location but have no complaints about Decatur. Only bad experience was a man who was new at Decatur I believe he might have been a nurse and he was checking me in at front desk. Was by far the ugliest encounter I have ever had at a doctor's office. Immediately he was handled and I never saw him again at either location. Pretty sure he was let go. I have extremely rare condition which causes rare subset conditions that most doctors pass off on me as "difficult". The Doctors here and their P.A.'s have always gone the mile for me and it has made a difference in my overall quality of life and care. One of my adult children is also now seen here for my same rare condition. If you have been treated badly for ongoing issues and conditions that won't happen at PCC in Sandy Springs.“

“I really feel for the staff, people come in sick, complain because other sick people are being seen as quickly as they can, health insurance billing is a nightmare to begin with, but in my experience, they have been kind, caring, accommodating and Dr. Rikhter is one of our favorite doctors with a great bedside manner.We switched insurance and are dealing with not being able to choose our PCP, but we will be continuing with Perimeter Clinic as self-pay if they can't get us sorted...can't do anything more than put my money where my mouth is.“
