Their business practices are pressure driven. They have a third party caller trying to get you to sign up and get a deposit from you. I was waiting for a house to sell and that was the condition I set. Once I sent the deposit, it was game on. The appointment for the procedure was made like 90 days out. When the deadline was approaching, i called to get a refund because the house had not sold. They wouldn't refund my $4500 for some lame excuse. It was well outside of 30 days, so I went to my bank and they did reverse charge because SR wasn't reasonable. SR had the balls to reach out to recharge so they could issue a refund. Nope.... And...they blocked me...I have the screenshot.

The staff and doctors are super friendly and easy to work with. They will go out of their way to help you and are very understanding of the pain each individual is suffering from. The initial consultation was very informative, and the nurse follow-up was done with professionalism and caring. I highly recommend them.
