So pleased with the outcome found this company for my Grandmother (Emma Ervin) when she needed new gutters and siding. Very professional and nice is how she ALWAYS described the staff she never thought twice about using another company. “WHY TAKE A CHANCE… TRUST SCHANTZ” she did exactly that!!
Schantz recently installed a new roof on my home. Schantz came out when they said they would, provided me with a complete estimate, started and completed the work on time. Quality materials were used and Liz was friendly, knowledgeable about working with insurance companies and patient with me. Best experience I have had and I would recommend this company to anyone needing home repairs. I can't thank them enough for a job well done.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
We decided to replace our 20 year old roof, gutters and some siding on our almost 40 year old house. We obtained 3 estimates that were fairly close with Schantz in the middle. Part of our roofing replacement solution included a 7 year old porch roof that one company, due to the existing roof being glued on, over engineered to replace and another overlooked entirely. Schantz He suggested to not replace it now as it wasn't leaking or necessary. They also said we had another 5 years left on the existing home roof.
