Sherry has been really great to work with. She tailors your fitness plan to meet you exactly where you are at and builds in incremental increases so you don’t get discouraged. Very pleasant, engaging and encouraging!

I have had trainers in all the cities in which I have lived, and Sherry is tops. She works with and around your limitations and pays close attention to what’s working. She’s also terrifically, kind and friendly. I would recommend her without hesitation!

She is so knowledgeable and has tailored workouts to fit the needs of my body specifically. And she somehow manages to make exercising fun.
