“The dentist was very professional and sympathetic and they gave me an appt on the same day which was great. My only complaint is that the volume of water used in the water sprayer was larger than the draining volume and gave me the feeling of drowning. I think the assistant needs more training in how to use it.“

“Well, I have been going to Hendersonmill dental office for over 3 years. I was very pleased with their services, the friendly environment and the professional staff. Dr. Upton is the greatest in making sure his patients are satisfied with his work. However, between them and the dental lab they use, my partial teeth was lost. Now I am in the process of this same lab making another new partial. I don't trust the lab because I feel the liability lies with them. When I spoke to the lab, they were very non-concerning and did not claim responsibility. I had no complaints with Hendersonmill dental office until this incident happen But Dr. Upton assured me that they will make it right. Stay tune for part II“
