“Receptionist lady was very nice and I didn't mind workers not bothering to speak to us when they arrived because I trusted them enough to get the work done. Problem is they scraped up some pole lines, our water in our whole house is now not working and won't come on and they are saying they are not plumbers so we will have to take care of that including financially and left it at that. He also lied and said he knocked on our door to communicate the issue but my son and I are home and watched them most of the time because hes a toddler who loves trucks which is how i saw them scraping up pole lines. Left trash at the hole in our back yard which is such a pet peeve. Edited to add and change 2 stars to 4. Guy came back that night, he was nice but couldn't fix it. Next day crew came to fix broken/cut pipes and now we have water again. Guy explained he knocked on back door not the front. I really appreciate them fixing the issue as we all make mistakes. Foreman or whoever Guy was, was nice about it. Thank you!“

“Buzzell Plumbing Heating & Air did a wonderful job installing a tankless water heater on our home. Mark Buzzell came out and walked through the project. I had another bid done previously and Mark shared some concerns about the carbon monoxide accumulation with the way the other company had proposed to do the project because it wouldn’t have been under a covered porch in the basement but would have allowed CO to leak back into the living areas.

I was so grateful that Mark had the experience to know a better approach and keep my family safe. We also had them replace our gas lines that had some rusting and corrosion. Mark again showed his experience and expertise as he proposed a method of doing this project which cut $2,000 off of what the other company had bid that project at.

Mark really thinks a project through. Another example of this is we needed to add a grounded electrical line in to run the tankless water heater. He suggested that it might be nice to have an outdoor outlet added onto that exterior wall since we were running the line there anyway. This does add a nice feature to the home. Mark’s approach is not to “upsell” but to allow a customer to consider the options that exist.

The Buzzell team that came and installed everything did a wonderful job and our home is safer, more convenient, and now we have endless hot water!
