I couldn’t do my survey on the official JCPenney medallia website, but I had to leave a review about Janelle in the beauty department. I walked in with the intention not to buy anything. I left with so many great finds thanks to her. She recommended so many great products, told us about the sales and promos and she was just great. This is a good JC Pennys to shop for clothes. My husband found a good suit for a special event perfect in size. We had an unexpected issue with our JC PENNYS card and Ms. ERICA ‘s customer service went above and beyond the call of duty to assist with promptness, skillfullness and efficiency. We hope the employee is appreciated and acknowledged for her dedication!
