They are now down to 1star
It’s 5 yrs later and roof is leaking. I emailed on the site 48hrs no answer. I called the vm was full like it was 5yrs ago when I called about the patch he did on my grandmother’s roof that leaked a week later. He did not call her back so she had to call someone else in. I have a 10 year warranty which is not being honored. The roof has caused damages to 3 rooms in my home. This situation leaves me out of pocket because I need it fixed right now. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as the Federal Trade commission. It’s one thing to ignore me but to ignore a Senior Citizen is unacceptable.“
