Wonderful septic tank pumping service. The two technicians arrived exactly at their appointed time to pump out our 1000 gallon tank that hadn't been pumped in about five years. They were highly professional and spent a lot of time making sure they pumped everything out in both sides of the tank. They pulled and cleaned the filter, too. The price was exactly as quoted by phone with no hidden or additional fees. I have had our tank pumped a couple times in the past and there is no comparison to Tidwell Plumbing's service and expertise. I believe ray and another man came out and pumped my septic tank. They were awesome and explained everything to me and even helped me with a root problem and told me how to fix it. They were super respectful and helpful. The price was amazing and experience was great. Also whoever is answering phones is awesome as well. I appreciate this company.

Wow - if I could give them 10 stars, I would! Let me just start by saying Tidwell is a wonderful company and we had such a great experience with them clearing out our septic tank.Our plumbing was backing up late yesterday afternoon and I called Tidwell. They were booked through the rest of the day and the next day (which would be today), however Janet in the office said she would keep us on a list and call if they could squeeze us in. Lo and behold a little after 8am today, they were on the way to rescue us.
