Wow. Let me just start by saying Tidwell is a wonderful company and we had such a great experience with them clearing out our septic tank. Our plumbing was backing up late yesterday afternoon and I called Tidwell. They were booked through the rest of the day and the next day (which would be today), however Janet in the office said she would keep us on a list and call if they could squeeze us in. Lo and behold a little after 8am today, they were on the way to rescue us. I was very impressed with the response time. Ronald and his partner got here and like the horrible homeowners we are, we had no idea where the tank was. They found it and dug it up in a matter of minutes. Once they opened it, it was about as bad as it could be. But these gentlemen didn’t blink an eye and got right to work. And let me add - the weather was horrible! Rain and mud. But that didn’t slow them down. Ronald has been with the company for about 30 years and it shows. His sheer knowledge and capability made an incredibly difficult job look easy. He and his partner were so good natured and put me at ease immediately. I am so impressed with Tidwell. They were upfront with pricing which was very reasonable and they were unbelievably efficient. If you’re having issues with your septic tank - this is THE company to call. They’re in a class above the rest and we are so grateful for their wonderful service!

07/13/22 Just had our septic system serviced by Tidwell Plumbing. They were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them to anyone. Speak to Carla she is the best.
