This place is the worst. Teresa promised to get right back to me on an order and never did. Left us hanging. The flowers were for a friend from my wife and I. She needs a pick me up. Teresa came recommended from a friend; we live in another state.Very poor business practice.

This woman stood me up. We really needed to have flowers sent today. Called Teresa yesterday, she said she would do it and would call us right back. We are from out of town and Teresa was referred to us, she let us down. These flowers where for a friend who really needed a pick me up and you let us and her down. NEVER EVEN CALLED TO SAY SHE COULDN'T OR WOULDN'T .

I Googled "florists in Cartersville" and saw that Teresa's was close to the delivery address and had multiple reviews with an almost 5.0 rating. I called her to send a peace lily to a friend who's fur baby had just passed away. She said she would have fresh peace lilies in the morning. That was fine with me. This morning, she called me to advise that the peace lilies which had just arrived weren't up to her standards and she was substituting another appropriate plant. A bit later, my friend texted to say she had received it and it was beautiful and she was very touched at this sad time. Thank you, Teresa, for wonderful customer service and caring!
