i knew my hair would be a challenge since it was short but she assured me it would look better after washing so I paid and left. afterwards ppl were making fun of me saying I got scammed. I don't think Katy is the type of person to scam, and she only charged for the hair, but tbh I wish she would have admitted it didn't look good. I'm sad I had to pay for it and take it out so left with nothing :( I know it took her a long time so I didn't want to chargeback but I thought I was scammed and then she didn't give me my money back. it's fine just a lesson learned for me.
