Alex was amazing from first point of contact until the completion of our roof replacement. There was a lot of work involved, including initial temporary roof repair and a full inspection. Alex helped us with handling all the paperwork as well as managing to set up meetings between us and insurance company appraisers etc. It was not something we were looking forward to, but having Alex on our side made process run fairly smoothly. He was very responsive to my calls and messages and not only he was brilliant at his job, but he was also kind, professional and we ended up becoming friends.
