Excellent customer service from the office set up through the first visit. Very friendly! I was put on a schedule right away & Frank did an amazing job. My husband and I were stunned when he started up a leaf blower to get webs out of my bushes.

I went with Orkin because of their reputation. I have never been more pleased with a decision. The technician that takes care of my home and property is competent, polite, and thorough. Bill is a stellar representative for his company. Bill's company (Orkin) puts the customer first. They told me that all I needed to do was call and they would come back out to spray again, no matter when my scheduled appointment was due. They are true to their word. I have only had to do it once when we were having a party soon and there was some increased activity about a week prior. Orkin scheduled an out of cycle visit and took care of my issue.
