“Doug Stanley is a man of his word. I called and asked for an estimate. He was here when he said he would be. He gave me a price that was much better than I expected. I asked when the job could be done and he and his crew were there on time. The job was completed much quicker than I expected. Their work was immaculate and the clean up was flawless. “Recently had this company come out to do a patio paver for my yard. The area to be paved was not massive, but I was not comfortable building a retaining wall. I had several companies come out and chose Appalachian because I felt comfortable right away that the job would be done right. Billy came out and I immediately felt better with his suggestions on the space. For our project, there may not have been a need to do a sketch plan, but there was some misunderstanding on my expectations, which as one would expect, caused a couple of tiny hiccups that were easily corrected with no issue, causing no delays on completion. Billy and his team were great. I am someone who stresses when things look totally different than I imagined, but the team did everything they could to ensure that I was pleased with the design outcome.
