Jamie D. From Guardian Home Experts was on time, called when he was 30 minutes out and did a very thorough job. He was personable and professional and knowledgeable. He shared the details of the Heat Exchanger inspection and CO detection as well as the condition of the furnace. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction with the final result being the furnace is working fine... No crack in the heat exchanger, (as I was told by another company), & no CO leak(s). They will get my business going forward and will do my HVAC annual inspections. I highly recommend.

Jamie quickly identified an electrical issue and recommended I contact an electrician. The very next day, the electrician confirmed that one of my breakers was undersized: it was a 20, while my AC required a minimum of 30. Once the correct breaker was installed, the unit began working immediately.
