“I Googled "florists in Cartersville" and saw that Teresa's was close to the delivery address and had multiple reviews with an almost 5.0 rating. I called her to send a peace lily to a friend who's fur baby had just passed away. She said she would have fresh peace lilies in the morning. That was fine with me. This morning, she called me to advise that the peace lilies which had just arrived weren't up to her standards and she was substituting another appropriate plant.
