We had a drainage/flooding issue with our unit. Chastain Plumbing was recommended to me yesterday (5/8). I called them 5/8 and the woman that answered got me on their schedule for the NEXT DAY. She thoroughly explained the payment options, set up a time frame for the technicians to come out, and seemed to be extremely upfront and honest. 5/9, RIGHT ON TIME (even with a courtesy call to let me know they were about 15 minutes away), two techs (one's name was Josh, I didn't catch the other man's name) showed up, fixed/cleaned everything, didn't try to add any extra costs, presented themselves professionally and proved their knowledge about heating and... read full review
Moved to new (to us) 9 yr old home and had some issues with HVAC. Chastain came highly recommended by neighbors. Phil Barnette was our Technician and he was exceptional in every way from start to finish. Told me what we needed, did what was promised, on time, professional, kind, fair pricing - would highly recommend!!!
We had the pleasure of Dallas being our plummer today. He made quick work with his task, a drippy shower drain. He was professional and patient while he explained the cause of our problem and what was needed to make the necessary repair. The task was completed quickly, quietly, and cleanly.
