Mandy Baxter at Neely Salon in Cartersville is amazing!
Mandy always listens to my needs, gives suggestions and truly cares about the health of my hair! Mandy has been doing my extensions and color for a year now and I couldn’t be any happier! They look so natural and I am able to keep my natural hair healthy. I have had extensions in the past and have been left with thin, broken hair. Mandy uses extensions that do no break or thin your hair.
If you want to love your hair and the way you look, you need to see Mandy! She is truly talented!!
Mandy Baxter did an amazing job with my hair, as can be seen in the pictures. She was very meticulous and knowledgeable in the IBE method from the initial consultation to the follow-up appointment. Mandy ensures that your natural hair is always protected and that you have a safe grow-out. I even signed a contract, promising to brush my hair twice a day, which shows how serious she is about her work! If you want gorgeous, long, and healthy hair, she is my only recommendation.
I have been looking at all kinds of extensions for my hair. Didn't like the grow-out on all of them and the damage they caused. That is when I ran across IBE hair extensions. I'm very happy I found Mandy in Cartersville GA. She is an outstanding hair extension specialist and I couldn't be happier with the whole process. She is a master stylist in my book. I have 2 rows to give me fullness until my natural hair grows out. Then I will be get to getting longer extensions to continue the growing process until I get the long style I'm looking forward too.
