Recently had this company come out to do a patio paver for my yard. The area to be paved was not massive, but I was not comfortable building a retaining wall. I had several companies come out and chose Appalachian because I felt comfortable right away that the job would be done right. Billy came out and I immediately felt better with his suggestions on the space. For our project, there may not have been a need to do a sketch plan, but there was some misunderstanding on my expectations, which as one would expect, caused a couple of tiny hiccups that were easily corrected with no issue, causing no delays on completion. Bill and his team went above and beyond for us! We had to get our yard done before family visited from out of town and they were booked 2-3 weeks, but they worked hard to squeeze my home in and get it done before family came in.This is the second time I’ve used Appalachian, and I think I’ve found my “go to” landscapers.
