West GA Plumbing and Septic pumped my tank in January of 2020. They were quick, efficient and everyone was extremely kind. We were very happy with the service provided. Fast forward 4 years later to today. I needed a copy of my invoice from our service in 2020. I called in and Cheyenne & Melissa were SO kind and helpful. She got it sent right over to me. Aside from great work, their customer service is top notch!
I cannot say how thankful I was to have Ajay come out and help us. We just bought our house when the well pump stopped working. Turns out the well was not built right. Ajay was very thorough in his inspection and gave us several options and gave his expert opinion on the best solution. He came out three different times with different solutions so that we could have our well rebuilt so that we could have running water again. Ajay was amazingly quick and he even called us personally a few days after to ensure our well was still working after they rebuilt it!
