I highly recommend The Whorton Agency! Galen Hobbs has been my agent, and I have so appreciated all of his knowledge, patience, attitude, character, and his completely above-and-beyond customer service! When I first came to The Whorton Agency a few years ago and met with him, we were leaving another agency after almost 40 years with them. After talking with Galen, and the owner stopping in to talk for a moment, I left with a promise of a call back. Galen called me shortly after reviewing all the possibilities, and I was amazed that our total bill for home and 2 vehicles was actually less than what we had been paying with the same coverage! I have had to email or call Galen many more times than should be reasonable or expected since that time, often for odd insurance questions. Through every call, email, question, or concern, he has very patiently and thoroughly answered me, often making a phone call instead of emailing so he can walk me through the answer. Each time the policies come up for renewal, he has diligently checked to see if it would be to our benefit to bundle or to make a change. He is always kind, personable, extremely knowledgeable, and makes me very happy that we switched and are clients of The Whorton Agency now. I only wish I had transferred to your agency sooner! Galen and everyone I've spoken with at The Whorton Agency has been a joy to work with, and I'm looking forward to working with your agency for many years to come!
