I saw Charlotte for my first Brazilian wax ever. I was slightly freaking out. She explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions that I had. She informed me of the "not so great" times prior so I could take a breath. She was so professional and so sweet. I will definitely be returning!
Also, don't deep dive on Facebook / internet about Brazilians like I did. I almost backed out. it is worth it! And while not pain free Charlotte made it quick and easy!

Girllll I went here for the first time and my experience was amazing! I feel the need to mention I'm a woman of color so I didn't quite know what to expect coming in, but everything was perfect. It was clean, they were punctual, and it was honestly one of the best Brazilian waxes I've ever had and that's saying a lot. My service provider was Charlotte, she made sure I was comfortable and she made great conversation and got me in and out promptly! I will definitely be returning, and I want to thank the business so much for their kindness, I beyond appreciate it.

Just relocated back to Carrollton after 26 years and was concerned about finding a new wax studio. Booked with Charlotte and couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. Thankful to have an efficient and professional esthetician in my new location!
