“I called Cox Plumbing after having had a failed service call with another company that cost me $275 to be told that repairs would cost me up to an additional $2225 to complete. The main sewer line at our rental property was clogged 120' from the last clean out, but the first company that I called couldn'ttell me that. The first company's equipment could only go out to 80' so their proposed solution was to bring in a tractor, dig a hole, break the sewer line, run their equipment another 80' to see if they could reach the blockage, and then repair the break. This is not meant to be a sleight against the first company that I called. They are highly rated and could have serviced more than 90% of the plumbing calls that I deal with. One of the things that puts Cox Plumbing on another level is that it has equipment that can reach blockages beyond 400'. Their service was fast (under 24 hours), thorough, priced well, and professional. They left the property cleaner than when they arrived. Thank you John.
