DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Zero communication. I tried contacting multiple times, and after about the 10th time I finally got an answer from the very rude lady that picks up the phone, then after finally getting in touch with Cleve he claimed he didn’t have documents that I gave him MONTHS ago and proceeds to cuss me out telling me to go somewhere else for asking for an update and hung up before I got a word in. Very rude, negligent, unprofessional “company”. As a business don’t take on more then you can handle and blame the customers.

Did not advise me in any way. I called about my 2018 taxes because I had not heard anything after I dropped off my documents and things. This was the beginning of 2020 and I learned that my 2018 had not been filed and no one contacted me to let me know. Pure neglect. I do not recommend this business unless you want to get yourself in a mess. Now I need 3 documents and they are not releasing them to me to help in any way. This is ridiculous! I had to email 5 times to get a response about the 3 documents and when he responded he claimed I have unpaid invoices. Excellent. I have used his service for many years. I have found him to be knowledgeable and honest. He has given accurate advice thru the years and saved me from making several costly mistakes. In addition I have found him to be a very nice person. I recommend him highly.
