I was absolutely thrilled with my waxing experience with Sam. In the past, I’ve literally shed tears and broken out in rashes after waxing services—but not this time. Sam welcomed me as a walk-in with enthusiasm and provided exceptional customer service. She took the time to explain the products she was using and made the whole process comfortable and reassuring.
