Southeast Restoration was highly recommended to me by a couple of co-workers. They are also a preferred vendor of USAA. After reading the reviews online (including the bad ones), I decided to trust my co-workers' experience. I'm so glad I did! If I could, I would give them 10 stars! My water heater broke and caused water damage in the laundry room and kitchen. Southeast Restoration handled the Water Mitigation portion of my insurance claim. Southeastern Restoration just completed a bathroom renovation because of a leak from our shower pan. We also had water leaking in basement. The whole team was very punctual about determing the source of the leak. Matthew was very timely with communication and was just a text away to answer any questions during the entire job. All sub contractors were professional, timely and always cleaned up after their work was completed. I would recommend them to others. Great job!
