I am so thankful for Cliff and the Cherokee Computer Guys. Cliff was straight to the point and extremely helpful. Fast and efficient service and wonderful communication. Not to mention, very nice to my kiddos, who had to tag along. I have found my computer guys now and feel so thankful to have them in my corner!

cliff is the best. his brain works on a higher level I think than most of us mortals. cliff always does his best to fix any problems we have put in front of him over the years. he is not allowed to retire...ever. ?I like his new location too.

I don’t usually make reviews but have to say Cliff and his Team are AMAZING!! They took my Mac in, late in the afternoon and kept in touch with me every day about status. They helped to ease my nerves along the way too, it was so nice working with people who understand your life is on your computer, that you’re a person and not just a number. They not only were able to fix my Mac by replacing the hard drive, but were able to save 97% of my data which is HUGE for me!! Pricing was transparent and way cheaper than data recovery + buying new. Turn around time was insane, I couldn’t believe they knocked all that in 2 days - I wouldn’t have gotten that if I’d gone... read full review
