Randi listened to my concerns, and she talked me through the game plan for what she was going to do with my hair. She was up front and honest and told me she was going to take off what she needed to in order to give me a good reset haircut. I just trusted her to take care of me. I am so happy I did. She did take off a good bit, but my hair needed it. I will definitely be going back to her all of my hair styling in the future, and I highly recommend others do too.“
