The Atlanta North team were amazing from beginning to end. After leaving a voicemail, I received an immediate response and booked an appointment the same day. The repair team arrived early and were polite, professional, efficient, and effective. This is the second repair visit from the team in the last four years, and each time the experience has been consistent. I highly recommend.
I've been using AccuAir (now Atlanta North Cooling and Heating, Inc.)for over 12 years. Most recently they serviced the heat pumps and air handlers for summer. All good!

We called on the recommendation of a friend who had used them in the past. I really appreciated the communication. From confirming the appointment, to letting me know they were on the way and who my service tech would be. Mark Parker was very knowledgeable and nice. He located the issue and promptly fixed the problem. Price was very reasonable.
