I couldn’t have asked for a more satisfying experience. Customer service was the best. The homecoming bouquet and boutonnières that I ordered were gorgeous. I will definitely use them from now on!

My mother lives in a very rural area and I sent her flowers for Mother's Day from Bouqs.com because not many local florists will drive all the way out to her home. Well, The Bouqs flowers arrived yesterday and most of them were dead or dying so we were both VERY disappointed. My mother is supposed to feel special and happy on Mother's Day and Bouqs did not deliver. So I called Simply The Best and spoke with the owner Jennifer. Oh my gosh, she was the sweetest woman! She felt badly for my mother and went out of her way to make my mom's day special. She's going to put together an arrangement for her at the last minute and have it delivered.
