Superior Plumbing & Electrical did the plumbing installation in our new home. After 5 months our “Tankless” hot water heater stopped working and displayed an “Error Code”. I did one of the two things the Owners Operation Book said to do in response to the Error Code. It did not correct the problem. I could not do the second recommended action. Since this was after 3pm on a Friday afternoon and I didn’t want to do without hot water until the following Monday, I wondered if Superior would send a plumber to help. To their credit, they did. Answered the phone professionally, gave me a good estimate when they could come, called before coming as promised, showed up on time. Did a thorough inspection, got the clog out - saving me lots of money that I might have had to pay for a pipe replacement - and the cost was very reasonable.
