My obgyn can't see me until 2 weeks out. I went there concern about not having a cycle for two almost 3 months and false negative 3 montha in a row.I felt it was rushed and they didn't do all the testing that was needed to be done to see what is really going on. It may not seem as if I don't need help but my health is just as important as anyone else.Guy at first desk was nice, but didn't even update my information as if he was rushing as well. My wife has a condition that makes her susceptible to pneumonia, so she's been in and out of the hospital quite a bit. Everyone here is great! The emergency room personnel are fantastic and really do try their best. The inpatient personnel are always great as well. The docs legitimately try to find a cause for the illnesses, and call specialists when needed.

I can’t attest to the whole hospital being 5 Stars, but I can & will attest to the radiology department! Specifically Jay & Shelley! As an Ovarian Cancer Warrior, I have to have routine CT Scans every 4 months and have had them done nearly everywhere between Macon & Warner Robins. Jay actually listened to me when I informed him I am a hard stick (& frankly traumatized of needles) & had about 2 times to stick me before I walked out (as a joke). Instead of getting defensive and rude about “how long he’s been doing his job”, he kindly brought his best IV sticking resource, Shelley! She was able to get my IV going the first stick with a little... read full review
