I took my 14 yr old high functioning autistic son here today and had the absolute best experience. Nurse Genevieve was absolutely amazing with my son. Normally I have to bribe and coax my son into allowing the doctors at other offices to preform whatever tests need to be done and most of the time both he and I end up in tears of frustration but not today. Today I felt seen and heard and my son was fully cooperative. They talked to my son and explained what they were doing and alleviated his fears. The nurse even let him swab his own throat for the strep test and it was something that no other doctors office has allowed. I truly want to thank Nurse Genevieve and the staff there for their amazing care. I will definitely be taking my son here in the future should we need to go back.

Their customer service is truly exceptional—hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. The owner personally came to our office to understand our needs and wants, and the team delivered on every single request. We were initially scheduled to begin IT services with them on August 1st, with plans to discuss moving our phone services at a later date. However, when our phone system failed unexpectedly on July 15th, neither our previous phone provider nor the vendor who sold us the phones offered any assistance. Despite not officially being our provider yet, AdvanTech stepped in immediately. By July 18th, they had installed a new phone system and had us up and running. Needed a flower arrangement to be delivered locally to a close friend after a death in her family. COG was wonderful, great assistance on the phone, because I didn't want to just order something generic online. I told her what I was looking for based on my friends likes, and the reason for my purchase. The florist went out of her way to help me customize the perfect arrangement for my friend. Then when the delivery driver arrived at her home, he couldn't get anyone to the door. This is the part where most drivers would just drop it off and leave, but the owner of the florist called and asked me how I wanted them to handle the delivery. I greatly appreciated her doing that, because my friend had actually ran out to the store, and if the driver had just dropped off the flowers and left, the recipient likely wouldn't have seen them until much later in the day, and the sun would have taken its toll on them. Customer service at it's finest! And the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! It couldn't have matched my friend's personality better if she'd picked it herself, great job, COG!

When I was 8 years old, Ms Kim’s was the first salon chair I’d ever sat in and she relaxed my hair for the first time. 24 years later, she has continued to hone her craft and expertise, and, as one of the few women I’ve trusted with my hair, is someone I trusted to reach out to while trying to understand how to take care of my 7 year old daughter’s hair. I live in Washington state, and can’t take advantage of her salon services, yet she has generously taken the time to recommend products, direct me how to find them, and walk me through exactly how to use them. This was above and beyond what I could have expected and I am so grateful! It’s one thing to do what you do well, but to care enough to give guidance and effective direction to a novice is another thing entirely. That is exceptional.

Des is professional and punctual. I was preparing for a speaking event, and this was my first time at Lashed by Des. Des was fast and the space was nice. I didn't get the wispy cateye lashes that I wanted, but I'm thankful my eyes weren't burning throughout the process!
I don't think she's my lash person, but it was a good experience. Give her a try!

Absolutely the best. Dylan and his staff worked very hard on our project producing exactly what we wanted right on time and budget. It was no easy task as they had to remove two River Birch clumps, a Crepe Myrtle and the 900+ square yard island then put in sod. They are professionals in every sense of the word. This was our second project with Georgia Roots and once again they did a 5 Star job.

Quote was very reasonable for the scope of work. They had me scheduled within a week and the work was done quickly. I’m very happy with the results as seen in the before and after pics.
