My experience with Top Lash Bar was AMAZING! The space was clean and presentable, the tech was professional and the end result was STUNNING lashes. Top Lash Bar was easy to find, as it's located inside of Sugarloaf Mills Mall. Kiomy (the owner/tech) is as cute as a button and as sweet as pie! Her warm personality made me feel super comfortable. She started off by giving me a brief rundown of the process and and then proceeded to show me pictures of different looks to make sure that she had a complete understanding of my expectations. Kiomy's great! She does amazing work and walked me through everything. I've never gotten lash extensions; however, I purchased a groupon to try for my birthday. She explained the difference between mink and silk and showed me her portfolio which helped me decide to go with silk lashes. I love them! I've received so many compliments on them and I love them. Aside from being great at what she does, Kiomy's very sweet. I'll be returning!
