Update: Called Standridge Plumbing with, what turned out to be, a minor problem with my pilot going out & not restarting (user error). Gary talked me through the correct way to relight the pilot and I was back in business. But because our water heater was 20+ years old and now seemed to be on it's last leg, we decided to pre-emptively replace it. Once again, Gary returned calls and inquiries very quickly and we had a scheduled water heater installation taken care of two days later. I'm really glad I saved their telephone number. Called after hours with leaking water heater and Mr. Standridge said I'll be there in 20 minutes! Turned it off and drained it and the next morning he installed a new one! Price was more than fair! Family owned and operated running their business with excellence!
We had a water heater issue last week. Standridge had been recommended by some neighbors so we decided to give them a call. We were contacted very quickly and they were at our townhouse within a few hours. While the problem wasn't cheap (what plumbing repair is), it was completed to our satisfaction within a couple of hours. Very happy with the service.
