We scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago and received quality service. They came out next day after setting up the service as well. The carpet went from super discolored and dirty to almost as new. Would definitely use again. A+++
Curt was pleasant to work with, carpet is still wet, so once dry I will be able to tell if the pet odor is fully gone. I do not like that the company charges a fee for using a credit card or that they want you to leave a review before the technician leaves, but I do recommend Curt.Services: General carpet cleaning
I had a heavily soiled carpet due to a sick pet, and Safe-Dry was able to send someone over same day. Curt did a fantastic job - he got all of the stains out of both my bedroom and my office. They look good as new! Would highly recommend using Safe-Dry (and Curt specifically - he was very understanding of my sick pet and was very kind to both me and my dogs) and I will definitely use them again in the future!Service: Pet stain & odor removal
