Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Urgent Care

Amazing experience!! I was hesitant because of the reviews, but this visit was much better than my PCP visits. I scheduled an appt online and was seen a hour later with no wait. The hospital is extremely clean, well kept and everyone was so polite and accommodating. The PA listened to my concern and thoroughly explained the treatment. I actually had two issues and both were solved same day. I was concerned that the cost would be outrageous for the level of service I received, but it was the lowest in the area and I was able to have a portion billed to me!! Hands down the best Urgent-care I’ve ever been to!!

Recently my husband and I felt like we were coming down with a common cold. Since we are expecting a great grandchildren. We didn’t want to get around family members until we learned we were safe to get around them. Unfortunately, we were diagnosed with a mild case of COVID.In my 69 years of living, we’ve never experienced such a caring and loving team. From Sabrina the receptionist, to Aleatrice the nurse, to Jung Kim the urgent care physician.All made us feel our health was the most important.Not only would a rank this urgent care a 5 star, they actually deserve a 10 star. Great experience all around! I’m actually really surprised by all of the negative reviews.. I was seen and treated by Dr Patel and she took the time to diagnose my symptoms and also put my mind at ease by answering my questions and concerns. I’m really happy with the service that I received and I will be coming back in the future if needed.
