Compared to regular nail salons- where they just want to take as many clients as possible, however with Smi the experience never felt rushed. She is AMAZING.“

They were very attentive and thorough doing everything. The equipment was clean and opened in front of us. The entire shop was very clean and well kept. I look forward to stopping in again. “Horrible service! I went in yesterday at 5pm nail was chipped by 10am today. Instead of them fixing the acrylic she literally only just filed the one nail down so now one of my nails it’s super shorter than my other ones. I will never return!

Update: initially I gave 1 star but I know anyone and everywhere can have a bad day. I came in again to allow them to fix the situation and someone took their time sculpted my nails correctly, and polished them correctly so I will be updating my review. Thank you for fixing the problem.“

Stylist: Kimberly Jones not only is she the owner, she is the best nail person around the Atlanta Metro area. She has been my nail person for almost 20 years and I would NEVER go to anyone else. She is precise in everything I ask for, and I am OCD!! She always ask if there is anything I need before I get there knowing I have MS and degenerative disc disease. It could be anything from an up front parking spot that they will block off for me or help walking into the salon. When I haven't been able to make it to the salon she has come to my home to do my nails!! She is my go to person and I book months out for her because I don't trust anyone else. If you want to be treated like family and taken care of... book your next appointment with her and I promise you will not go anywhere else!! Robin D.“

“I'm a difficult customer. I want my nails done the way I WANT not the way the technician does. I don't do trends. I don't do tacky. I've visited 3 salons in the Buford area in the last year, and each one was as disappointing as the next. LD Nails just popped up on my Google search yesterday and today i visited. LD Nails listened to what I wanted, and they jumped through hoops. Wendy and Thi gave me everything I could ask for. Thank you ladies. I will come back.“
