Saw therapist once. Rest of my visits I was seen by trainees who were following a sheet of simple instructions and learning on the job. I had initially thought I would see the one therapist when I came in for my visits. That did not happen.

I was scheduled as a new patient for a 3:30 appointment as documented on a card given to me. I scheduled the appointment in person. I was called at approximately 3:15 asking where I was for my 3:00 appointment. Being 2 minutes from the site I went into the office and was told they were booked and could not take me in. I was questioned regarding if I truly had a card saying 3:30. I did not have it in my possession at the time. I had already been told that there was not time to work me in so I am not sure what difference having the card would make other than to question my honesty. I can not comment further as I thought it best to simply schedule with a different provider as this was a very poor way to start a new relationship.

Barrett is more than one could ask for in a physical therapist. I highly recommend him and his staff. They take great care of their patients, genuinely care about the patients progress and explain in great detail any questions you may have. I can’t say enough.
