I had facial with Evelyn.
She gave me Murad facial and very good massage as well.
She explained about each item she used on my face.
I was very satisfied with the service.
I would recommend JCPenney Salon to all my friends and family.

Requested style: I needed a hair cut bad. I was a walk-in and a stylist named Cole did a fantastic job. He listened to me and cut just the way I wanted it. I will definitely make a point of requesting Cole next time.

Like the layers they gave me but they cut my bangs WAY too short. I showed them a picture with the bangs below the girl’s eyebrow and she cut mine half an inch above my eyebrow. I don’t recommend this place.
