All I can say is this company is PHENOMENAL!!!! Words can't describe them..... THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Everyone sooooooo nice courteous respectable, empathetic , KIND!!! The situation already stressful, and very unexpected they made it absolutely painless, took away the stress. Just a beautiful experience(process). The entire Team.
The crew was quick to respond, advised me of the process and worked hard. While moving furniture they were very carefull and wrapped / covered everything up nicely. I have to say in review, Edwin, Thiago, and Jasmine were always there for me. The scope of this project was big.
Given the circumstances, J&E made clean up easy. They responded quickly, protected everything that wasn’t damaged really well and explained the whole process from the start. Even our adjuster commented what a high quality job they had done mitigating our water damage. Thank you.
