We love our new door. And we had a great experience working with this company. Tim Dougherty, our Sales Representative, handled everything beautifully. Randy and Jordan did the install yesterday and couldn’t have been more professional. All in all it was 10 out of 10.
After vetting several companies that sell doors and install them, we found out about EntryPoint through a neighbor. We called and made an appointment with James Ashby. He was a pro, low-pressure and after seeing a sample of our neighbor's door replacement, were convinced this was the company to go with. We were SO close to going with the companies that spend lots of $$$ on their ads. The price difference was jaw-dropping. Just a few weeks later, with updates weekly from Entry Point's customer service folks, Jonathan and Wade arrived to install 3 doors....one double patio door, and 2 other doors to the outside. They arrived around 9 am, and were finished by 3pm! Since the hardware on the doors (handles and deadbolts) was newer, we opted to keep our hardware - they supplied the hinges that match the hardware - and they are primed for painting. The quality of the doors is first class...we're more than happy, and so pleased with the customer service we received from our first call with Tanya, Taylor, James, Sheri and Jaime who kept us informed on the status of the installation date, and Jonathan and Wade, our installers!
