Called Tuesday and Luca came out on Thursday morning on time to clean our chimney. He's a very professional and genuinely good man. He placed a tarp down to protect our floor and area rug and got right to work. When finished he inspected the parts to make sure nothing was loose or damaged and recommended, based on our use of the fire place, to clean again in 3 years. The price paid was exactly as quoted and he is the person who handles the calls and does the work. Will definitely be holding onto his contact info for future work. Thank you Luca.
Chimney was done carefully and swiftly. Got a great winter deal and even then he rounded down which lets me know he cares about his customer’s satisfaction and likes his job. Would recommend to anyone.
Davinci Home Improvements was awesome! I called them on Wednesday, and he came out on Thursday and cleaned my chimney. While he was here, he looked at my dryer vent for me. I had had it cleaned by another company 4 months ago, but my dryer was still not drying clothes completely. He was quickly able to see that the vent had not been cleaned at all, and it was completely clogged. He cleaned to the same day and charged a very reasonable price.
