Alan was the first person I spoke with. He was very knowledgeable &helpful. Because I had a safety concern, he had someone come out the same day.That was John, who quickly determined what was causing the problem & promptly took care of it. I could tell he really knew what he was doing & he took steps to verify that the issue was solved before leaving.Prior to this, another electrician, Robert, had been out to take a look at the aging breaker box They had advised me it needed replacing. At a later date, Robert came back to do the work . It took most of the day. He worked steadily straight through.
