First Nails

I don't normally get my nails done but I decided I wanted SNS nails. I've had them in the past and really didn't have a good experience. They were too long for my preference and made my fingers hurt. I decided to try again. After a "not too long" of a wait, (which was about an hour, and my only complaint) a nail tech started working on my nails. I wish I had gotten her name because that's who I want to use from now on. She did a fantastic job. My nails look beautiful, no pain at all afterward. I love them.Thank you First Nails for making my nails look beautiful.

I use them alot .but have noticed that when they are experiencing high volume they seem to rush threw and not pay attention to customers requests. And not do a 100% job.. I went and just needed a fill in . it took forever then to top it off I asked for coral with one A blue green.gave her the # of colors I picked. Well I got a bright orange with sparkles and one white so I was ok well let put design on white. I got like poka dots think are to be flowers . but all together nothing I asked for. And then the quality of the mail was not at all good . nails look like to much on them and have gaps in them and are coming lose. Not satisfied at all this trip....hope next time...read full review

Loved every minute of my experience here. The staff is super friendly and they actually listen to their customers wants when getting their nails done. This was the first time I have ever been to this nail salon and I will definitely be going back when it's time to get my nails redone.
