I couldn’t give it one star or even 5 star because of my experience with trying to get in touch with someone from that business. I would love to have had an appointment. Made 5 attempts to make an appointment over the course of two weeks. No one ever answers the phone and if you try and make an appointment on line the system doesn’t work properly. I am sure they are good, according to the reviews I saw but I will never know because I never could get anyone to answer the phone and or return the messages left on the voice mail box.

Great salon and service! I was in and out within 45 minutes for a haircut and style with blow dry. I am big on my time. I don’t have much of it, so I am very appreciative of the prompt great service, and haircut!

I live part time in the area and I needed a coloring touch up. After searching the Internet I found the Loft. It was a fantastic experience start to finish! I was able to easily book an appointment online with Chelsea. I received a confirmation and reminder text accordingly. Upon arrival. I was greeted immediately and met by my stylist. Chelsea, the stylist who I worked with, is probably the fastest stylist I've ever had. And she's really talented. I love my hair color and the job she did! I cannot recommend her enough.
