Doctors and staff members are welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. My children have received both preventative and operative pediatric dental care at Surfside Kids for the last few years and we couldn't be any more pleased with them!
This place is the best! All of the staff are well-trained and clearly passionate about serving kids. They make the unpleasantries of dentistry comfortable and fun. Scheduling makes no sense, though-- you can't schedule for your next 6mo cleaning until you get a text so close to the 6mo mark that they don't have available appointments. And when they know you need two appointments for fillings, you can only schedule one at a time, even though they are always scheduled out 2 months, meaning you have to wait 4-5 months to get both appointments done. It's a mess but at least for now I'm maintaining it's worth it because they are truly very good once... read full review
This dentist office is wonderful, not only is the atmosphere aesthetically pleasing it was very clean. I had to hold my sons hand and me being a germaphobe and a nurse that knows what can end up on a floor I didn’t have and issue kneeling on the ground (that says a lot) I also can’t say enough about how amazing the staff is either. They are kind, patient, and they made us feel at home on our first visit. I am so thankful for them as we were driving all the way to Savannah to get decent dental care for our kids.
