Cindy was outstanding! My Hayward Turbo Cell failed under warranty. I took it to another pool service that I thought was the only authorized Hayward dealer in Brunswick. They were going to charge me $115 to come to my house to test the part (that I knew was bad) and another $115 to fill out the warranty paperwork! (That's 75% of the original price I paid for this Turbo Cell that Hayward said was covered under warranty!) I searched online and discovered that Pristine Water was also an authorized Hayward dealer. Cindy quickly replaced the bad cell at no cost to me, and the replacement cell is working great! She was also very friendly, patient, and professional. (Unlike the other dealer in town that almost seems irritated and bothered by walk-in customers.) Best of all, I have a new Hayward dealer in town and won't go anywhere else.
